Hi, my name is Sofia!
Iâm a self-taught graphic designer and illustrator. Yes, I loved drawing so much that I made it my profession - and still, it wasnât enough! Every free minute I had, I was sketching the world around me.
Of course, nature was always my main inspiration, especially birds - I got lost in their colors, textures, and shapes. But when drawing in the field, I often sketched other things too and wondered what they were and how they worked.
Thatâs how I discovered Nature Journaling - a creative way to explore and understand the world around us. I ended up teaching at an International Nature Journaling conference and hosting a month of prompts for the Wild Wonder Foundation, sharing my technique for quick watercolor sketching.
Now Iâm excited to present a structured course that covers different subjects and approaches to turn your admiration for nature into beautiful, insightful studies.
